Best Teriyaki around. A must have. We always get the sweet and sour chicken and chicken teriyaki. So good! Fast service and a super clean place. Love it.

Good food, decent price, maybe a little high for counter service. Food takes a bit long only because they are doing a brisk take out business. I wish they were using something more sustainable than Styrofoam for take out. The counter person is answering the phone while helping the in store customers. Not a deal breaker but is a bit of a put off. Tells you that the focus is the take out business. I am not a fan of the salad dressing so I advise asking for your food with out it.

We visited here after finishing Soos creek trail nearby. We ordered General Tao's Chicken and a Bento box. I payed with my card and noticed there is no way to custom tip. Only 0, 15 and so on. The restaurant was almost self service. The lady at the counter was courteous. The food was very tasty but quantity could have been more. General Taos Chicken was a bit sweet but not overwhelming. Bento box had good variety. Chicken Teriyaki in the bento box could have had more sauce.

I found HAIR in my chicken katsu (found more after picture was taken). The hair was cooked INTO the chicken from the breading, not something you can take out easily. If you tugged the hair, the chicken followed. Service was good because when I came back to complain (around 8:25PM) they still gave me a replacement and free drink. HOWEVER, when I got home, the katsu was SLIGHTLY UNDERCOOKED due to them rushing to close up early. I suggest being cautious about your food. Hair is a health code violation, so reinforce hairnets or get new staff. FYI: This isn't my first time eating here. This was my go-to teriyaki place in Covington for the past few years.

Anytime I go there to eat, there is either a older lady, or a younger guy working. Never anybody else. He might be her son or family who is there when she isn't working. Their food is excellent teriyaki. Great every time I go there. If you dont like getting a salad with your food, they always let me replace my salad, for more rice. They are super nice every time I go there. If you call in for pick up, they usually only take 10-15 minutes. This is a place that you would come back to eat again.

Service good. Food 10/10 best teriyaki I’ve had. Freshly grilled, spiced and tender chicken. Reasonably priced. My go to spot now.
